Development of 32 Dwellings adjacent to Nine Mile Ride will be to the rear of No. 240 Nine Mile Ride and will involve the demolition of two properties. The Parish Council has submitted objections to WBC under the following broad headings: the development doesn't comply with the local NDP, narrow access/exit onto a busy stretch of Nine Mile Ride near to California Crossroads, potential impact on the Crossroads, impact on adjacent right of way, woodland location with a significant number of trees at risk, lack of support for safe cycling.
